UPDATE - PSO says a wire down at 83rd and S. Lewis left 1,620 customers without power Wednesday night; a spokesman said estimated time of repair is around 2 a.m. Thursday.
TULSA - PSO says about 1,600 customers are without power in south Tulsa after a feeder locked out Wednesday night.
The area without electricity was between 71st and 91st Streets south along Riverside Drive, according to the PSO map.
A spokesman for PSO said he didn't know what the cause of the outage was but that a crew was on the way to the area to assess the problem and get it repaired.
He didn't know what time customers could expect power back on at this point.
