STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Amended charges have been filed against a woman accused of crashing her car into spectators at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade, killing four and injuring dozens.
The charges against Adacia Chambers announced late Tuesday by Payne County District Attorney Laura Austin Thomas include four counts of second-degree murder and 42 counts of assault and battery -- the same as initially filed.

Thomas had said she expected to file about 12 new charges and dismiss two others against Chambers because additional victims had been located and at least two people who were initially thought to be victims were not injured in the crash.
It wasn't clear whether victims had been added or dropped and a phone call to Thomas' office was not answered.
Chambers' attorney says Chambers is mentally ill.
