Project Safe Schools: Broken Arrow approves use of hemp/CBD products under .3 percent THC

Broken Arrow Public Schools is clarifying its medical marijuana and CBD policy.

Medical marijuana has been banned from BA campuses since November 2018.

Earlier this week, the district approved hemp- and CBD-based products containing up to .3 percent of THC because they are no longer classified as federally controlled substances.
