A lot of people are concerned with how they're going to pay their bills right now, especially utility bills despite companies like ONG and PSO saying they're suspending disconnections for the time being.
"I know a lot of them are not disconnecting, but what is the long-term issues for somebody who's just become unemployed or is waiting to receive their unemployment check?," a caller asked.
Some people think they have the solution.
Another caller said, "Everybody is generating bills with rent, electric, water, credit cards. All the main loan companies and bank companies keep on charging while we're in this crisis. It needs to be no bills or a deferred payment."
PSO and ONG offer payment assistance opportunities.
PSO has a one-time payment extension and extended payment agreements.
