Governor Kevin Stitt announced that 90,000 test swabs would be coming to Oklahoma by the end of the week. But some viewers still aren’t sure where they can get tested.
One viewer said, “The governor said on the news that anyone can get a test for the virus. Where are the testing sites?”
You can go to your county health department, which is usually in whichever city is the county seat to get tested.
Some counties have more than one testing location, like Creek, McIntosh, Pawnee, Tulsa, and Wagoner Counties. Most locations are by appointment only during normal business hours, but officials suggest you call in advance regardless.
Anyone can get tested, even if you are not showing any symptoms.
