TULSA, Okla. — A woman driving in an east Tulsa neighborhood was shot in the head late Monday afternoon, police say.
Officers say a car pulled up behind the woman and shot through her back window.
According to investigators, the woman was transported to a local hospital and was alert when she arrived.
Two others who were in the vehicle, which was in the 2400 block of South 121st East Ave., were not hit by gunshots, they say.
Police don't have any specific details about the shooter at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
