PORUM, OKLA — According to the Porum Police Department, the Assistant Police Chief David Kash has stepped down.
Kash was under investigation for child sexual abuse.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is handling the investigation, and the Porum Police Department has offered their full cooperation during the investigation.
According to the statement, the city of Porum is taking immediate action to formally terminate Kash's employment.
