TULSA - Accused killer, Cedric Poore is scheduled to make an appearance in court Monday.
Poore and his brother, James Poore, are charged with the 2013 murders of four women at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments.
Monday's appearance is a motion hearing. The brother's jury trial has been delayed several times. It's now scheduled to begin at the end of February.
