Police: Woman found dead at Savannah Landing apartments was pregnant

TULSA -- After a woman was found dead at the Savannah Landing apartments on Tuesday, Tulsa police now say the woman pregnant at the time of her death.

Tulsa police say Shayron Brown, 21, was 12 to 16 weeks pregnant when she was shot and killed at the apartments, which are located at 1113 East 60th Street.

Brown's body was found at an apartment by relatives while police were investigating a separate killing.

Teddy Prejean was also found shot and killed in the parking lot of the complex. The shooter was described as a young man at about 6 feet tall and weighing 225 pounds. The shooter left the scene on foot.

Also during the situation, police arrested Keenon White, 25, who was wanted on several violent felony warrants. Police said no strong connection has been made between White's arrest and the two killings.
