TULSA — Tulsa police are searching for a man they say exposed himself to a driver in south Tulsa.
Police said a female driver alerted police on Jan. 18 that while driving near 81st and Memorial, a man pulled up to her in either a maroon or red Ford Expedition.
The victim said she noticed the man raise his driver seat up, expose himself and begin masturbating, police said.
