TULSA - Police report Sunday that a man now identified as 19-year-old, Evan Stout has died after allegedly being shot by his girlfriend Friday night.
The shooting happened at North Boston Place and Woodrow Avenue Friday night. Police say 19-year-old Tiffany Wesley allegedly shot her boyfriend just before fleeing the scene.
Wesley was arrested Saturday afternoon after turning herself in to police. The charges against Wesley have been upgraded from shooting with intent to kill to second degree murder.
Stout was transported to St. Francis, where he died Sunday.
