TULSA -- Police are searching for two armed men who broke into a midtown apartment and forced the victims into a closet.

Police responded to the home invasion and armed robbery at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday at an apartment complex on the University of Tulsa campus near 11th and Delaware.

Officers said two men, one wearing a black mask, broke into an apartment, then forced a woman and her boyfriend into a closet.

Police said the suspects took items from the victims' apartment, but they did not specify what exactly they stole.

Police are still looking for the suspects after a search of the area turned up no leads. The victims could only give police vague descriptions of the suspects. One wore a black mask and black shirt and had a heavier build, according to the victim.

Anyone with information about the home invasion is asked to call Crimestoppers at 918-596-COPS.
