Police search for man in connection with deadly north Tulsa drive-by shooting

TULSA -- Police are searching for a man in connection with a deadly drive-by shooting in north Tulsa on Tuesday.

Jeremy Woodfork was gunned down in the 3300 block of North Garrison on Tuesday. Police said Woodfork was a known gang member.

Police said their investigation found that Justin Render, 24, was the driver in the suspect vehicle, a white Chevrolet Tahoe. 

Render is described as being about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. Police said Render was released from prison in January, and gang-related shootings have risen since his release. 

Render is wanted on a count of first-degree murder. Police have not identified the shooter at this time.

Anyone with information on Render's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677. He is considered armed and dangerous.
