At 10:00 p.m. Saturday night, Tulsa Police responded to the area of 9100 S. 90th East Avenue for reports of a shooting.
The victim, Luis Simich, had been shot once in the upper torso.
This started as a disturbance between Simich, his estranged wife, and her gentleman friend.
The suspect shot Simich after Simich rammed his car and aggressively came at him.
The suspect remained at the scene and fully cooperated with police.
He was questioned and released pending further investigation.
