TULSA- Tulsa police are investigating after a shooting near a north Tulsa apartment complex.
The shooting occurred just before 10 p.m. at East 36th Street and North Quaker Avenue. Police say someone shot a man then dropped the gun and ran off.
The victim was taken to a hospital. If you have any information, call police.
