TULSA -- Tulsa police responded to a possible kidnapping on the north side on Thursday afternoon.

Police received a report at 3:30 p.m. of a shots heard call near Pine and Yale.

Officers arrived at the scene and found a white Cadillac Escalade with hazard lights blinking in the intersection of Oklahoma Street and Sandusky Avenue. The vehicle had several bullet holes in the front hood and grill area.

Witnesses said they saw a gray or silver Chevrolet Tahoe pull in front of the Cadillac Escalade at Oklahoma and Sandusky. Witnesses said a man exited the Tahoe and forced a man inside the Escalade into the Tahoe.

No one involved in the incident has been located.
