TULSA -- Police have released dashcam video of an officer-involved shooting in south Tulsa Thursday afternoon.
According to police, the suspect, Charles Day (pictured below) is a known suspect for shooting with intent to kill.
Police say Day was riding a bicycle when an officer recognized him and pulled him over.
The officer and Day got into an argument and when Day pushed away from the officer, the officer used a Taser.
Day then ran into a parking lot and was pursued by the officer. The officer, later identified as Officer Jason Angel, shot Day several times after allegedly seeing him put his hand on a gun.
Day was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
