TULSA -- A 53-year-old man was arrested Monday after police said he approached a 14-year-old girl at Victory Christian Center and kissed her.
The incident at 7700 South Lewis Avenue in Tulsa was captured on surveillance video. A police report said the kiss was unwanted by the victim.
Police said Clinton Cochran, lied to officers about his name. Police found that he had a felony warrant out of Colorado for failure to register as a sex offender.
Cochran was arrested for assault and battery and false impersonation.
