TULSA -- A man was arrested by Tulsa police Sunday after police said he raped a woman outside a business.
Police said they were called to the area of 60 North Yale early Sunday in reference to a pregnant woman who had just been raped.
The woman told police that she was sitting outside of a business when a man with rotted teeth, identified as Joshua Prior, 36, approached her. The woman told police that she had previously met Prior.
The woman said Prior made sexual advances towards her and that after she told Prior that she was pregnant and had a boyfriend, he placed his arm around her neck and held a box knife to her throat.
Prior threatened the woman with the knife if she did not have sex with him, according to the police report.
The victim was taken to the hospital and found with bruising, scratches and abrasions.
Prior was booked on counts of first-degree rape and kidnapping and is being held on a $75,000 bail.
