A City of Broken Arrow employee has been arrested after conducting an undercover child exploitation investigation back in June.

Jeffrey Todd Bigby has been charged with two counts of lewd proposal of a minor and lewd molestation, jail records show.

Tulsa police say between June 11 and July 11, Bigby sent messages to whom he thought was a 14-year-old girl, with explicit and inappropriate messages.

Records show that Bigby invited to meet the girl at a local store twice, so they could "park and talk."

Bigby was identified as the suspect after police served a search warrant on the chatting app, police say.

Bigby was arrested and transported to Tulsa County Jail, officers say.

Bigby is the Storm Water Administrator for the City of Broken Arrow, according to the Broken Arrow government web site.
