TULSA - One man was arrested after police say he fired shots into a vehicle in east Tulsa Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a shots fired call near 39th Street and South 129th East Avenue.
The victim told police that Hillary Talbert, 20, fired shots at his car.
Police say Talbert tried to flee the scene and led them on a short chase. When officers caught up with Talbert, they found a loaded shotgun inside the car.
Talbert was arrested for shooting with intent to kill.
