TULSA — A 31-year-old man faces a count of first-degree murder after Tulsa police say he provided meth to another man which led to a deadly overdose.
Police said on Nov. 16, 2018, Brandon Fryhover bought an unknown susbstance from a homeless man in downtown Tulsa. Fryhover was told the substance was heroin, but that it didn't "look" like heroin and gave a different high.
Several hours later, Fryhover met up with Taylor Kinyon. After the two injected the drugs, Kinyon was unconscious and later died. The death was ruled to be the result of methamphetamine toxicity.
Police said Fryhover povided the narcotics that led to Kinyon's deadly overdose, and therefore he faces a count of first-degree murder.
