TULSA -- Police make arrest in Tulsa's 19th homicide of the year involving a man who was shot and killed inside his vehicle in north Tulsa.

Rarue Caddy, 36, was arrested Thursday night as a suspect in the death of Kenneth Hardrict, who was killed as he sat in his car in the 300 block of  W. 46th Pl. North.

A witness told Police that a person she knew by the street name "Coe" ambushed and shot Hardrict in the driveway of her home.

She said she had known Coe for the past three months and provided police with a description of Coe, his cell phone number and some background about his lifestyle.

Further investigation determined Caddy was Coe, Police say. The witness positively identified him as who they suspected in the homicide.

Officers were called to the residential area to investigate and when they arrived EMSA and Tulsa Fire Department were working on a man on the ground next to a car in the driveway, Police say. The victim had been shot several times and died at the scene. One witness was located at the scene. The witness stated that the suspect casually walked off west towards N. Denver Ave. and then south.
