TULSA, Okla. — One man is dead, another in custody, after a triple shooting in north Tulsa overnight.
The shooting happened on North Santa Fe Avenue new North Pine and West Union.

Tulsa police posted on Facebook that three people were shot. All three were taken to the hospital, one man died from his injuries and one person is still in critical condition.
Police said, according to witnesses, the suspect, 48-year-old Luis Ricardo Cuadros, drove up to the victims and started an argument before he started shooting.
Tulsa police said they arrested Cuadros for first degree murder, possession of a firearm and four counts of shooting with intent to kill.
