TULSA -- Homicide detectives are investigating after a body was found in a car in north Tulsa Sunday evening.
According to officials, someone was walking along the road near 6110 M.L.K Jr. Boulevard when they spotted a body in a car.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office later identified the man as 41-year-old Terrel Smith. According to TCSO, Smith was reported missing on September 9.
Officials say the body was dumped in the area and has been there for a while.
