Homicide detectives say a man was shot in the head and is suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Tulsa Police responded to the call of shots fired Tuesday at 4:30 a.m. at the Windsail Apartments near Mingo and 71st Street.
Police say a transaction took place between two men, one of them who lives at the apartment. After the deal, the victim returned to the apartment because he wasn't satisfied with the "purchase".
The resident then opened fire, shooting him several times, including once in the head.
Police say the shooter is in custody. They are also interviewing three people who were at the apartment at the time of the shooting.
Police have recovered a weapon from the scene.
