TULSA -- Police are investigating after they say a man was found badly beaten in the back of a vehicle in north Tulsa Sunday evening.
Police originally said a man was found shot on the 3600 block of East Newton Street. Police later said the man was beaten, but not shot.
Officials with EMSA say the victim was transported to the hospital in emergent condition.
