The driver honked at the victims and the victims honked back.

According to the victims, one of them got out of the vehicle and got into an argument with three men in the other car. One of the suspects showed a gun and after the victim drove away, he said heard a shot hit the window.

Officers say they are still investigating but so far, they have not found any evidence or additional information the suspects.
