TULSA -- Police are investigating after two people were shot in midtown Tulsa on Monday afternoon.
The incident was reported near 5th an Wheeling.
Police said the victims were on foot when they were shot, possibly by someone in a passing vehicle, which was described as possibly being a black Chrysler. Officials said a disturbance may have led up to the shooting.
They had non life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital in a private vehicle, police said.
About 20 shots were fired during the incident. Several cars in a lot and a business were also hit by the gunfire.
