TULSA -- Police have identified the victim and suspect in a fatal north Tulsa shooting Sunday afternoon.
Police say 46-year-old Bryan Tinsley was shot and killed on the 500 block of East 42nd Place North just after 3 p.m.
Police have identified the suspect as Earnest Williams, 40. According to TPD, the victim and suspect got into an altercation that led to the shooting.
Tinsley was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. This is Tulsa's 62nd homicide of 2017.
