HARTSHORNE, Okla. - Police Chief Josh Brillo plead not guilty Monday after being accused of maintaining a drug house.
Brillo and his wife, Heather, face felony drug charges for having a home where drugs were kept.
Heather Brillo also faces two other misdemeanor drug charges.
Josh Brillo claims if there were drugs inside his home, he had no idea.
Police chief Josh Brillo and his wife Heather both pled not guilty. Josh told me if there were drugs in his house he had no knowledge of it

Sunday night, Oklahoma's district 18 drug and violent crimes task force served a search warrant at Brillo's home. When asked Monday if his wife kept drugs in the house, Brillo did not comment.
The district 18 attorney's office says after walking into the home Sunday, detectives smelled marijuana and discovered paraphernalia.
The district attorney's office says the task force made the arrest because Brillo was serving as Hartshorne's Chief of Police, and it seemed inappropriate for his own office to arrest him.
Hartshorne mayor just told me Brillo is suspended with pay. He was elected chief approximately 3 months ago according to the @KJRH2HD
