MUSKOGEE, Okla. — A body was found behind a Muskogee business Monday, according to an official with the Muskogee Police Department.
The body was found at Ron-Co Rooter and Plumbing Co. near Talladega Street and North 11th Street West.
Officials say they believe it could be the body of 78-year-old Gordon Lee Hughey, who is the individual in the silver alert sent out earlier today.
Based on the clothing description and the attire the deceased man was wearing, officials say they believe this is the same individual, but have not confirmed.
The family of the man in the silver alert has been notified.
