TULSA, Okla. - Police are searching for a man suspected of breaking into two businesses in south Tulsa around 12:30 a.m.
The first call officers received was about the Subway at 61st and Memorial. When officers arrived, there was shattered glass on the floor from the front door and window.
Police say surveillance footage from Subway shows a man driving up to the restaurant and throwing a brick out the window, hitting the front door.
A short time after, Tulsa Police were dispatched about two miles away from the Subway to Barbee Cookies at 81st and Memorial. Officers found a similar scene with broken glass scattered.
After reviewing surveillance video there, they found what appeared to be the same car and suspect throwing a brick at the front door. This time, the man walked inside the store and stole a cash register.
Police describe the suspect's car as a late 1990s red or maroon Mercury Sable.
Both businesses were closed at the time of the break-ins.
