Tulsa police said a plane has made an emergency landing at Jones Airport in Jenks just after 6:30 p.m.

Airport officials said a Bonanza airplane went off the runway.

According to Flight Aware, the small plane took off at 6:38 p.m. Friday night and returned on the emergency landing only four minutes later, circling for a landing at 6:42.

The plane had a collapsed nose gear after landing and was tilting downward at about a 45-degree angle after coming to a stop, nose down.
