Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office arrest three people in connection to brutal homicide

PITTSBURG COUNTY, Okla. — The Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested three people after a brutal homicide that happened last month.

Investigators say Bob Dalpoas' body was found partially burned and beaten in the Bach Red Oak Cemetery.

Investigators arrested Matt Vermillon, Jimmy Nace and Tyler Morgan for Dalpoas' death.

Morgan is in the military and is currently based in Washington State, where he taken into custody, investigators say.
