The Tulsa Police Department and fire officials say a 64-year-old man was hit Wednesday morning by a vehicle driving eastbound on the ramp from Memorial to the Broken Arrow Expressway.
Officers say the driver was turning onto the ramp and didn't see the pedestrian.
The man who was hit was taken to a hospital with head injuries. Police questioned and released the driver.
