BROKEN ARROW - A pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Broken Arrow has passed away according to police.
Police responded to the intersection of north Elm Place and concord Drive around 10:30 p.m. Saturday after receiving a call regarding a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
When police arrived, they say the pedestrian had already passed away. The driver of the vehicle is in critical condition.
