PAWNEE COUNTY — UPDATE: Pawnee County Sheriff's Office has canceled the silver alert for 66-year-old Bobby Winters.
Deputies say that Winters has been located.

Pawnee County Sheriff's Office has issued a silver alert for Bobby Winters.
Deputies say 66-year-old Winters was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue jacket, ball cap and a cane.
Deputies say Winters left his residence on foot and was last seen on Jan. 21.
Winter is said to have dementia and left to see his sister in Cleveland who has been deceased for two years, deputies say.
Deputies ask if anyone knows Winters' whereabouts to call 911 or the Pawnee County Sheriff's Office.
