PAWHUSKA, Okla. – After closing class on Wednesday, Pawhuska Public Schools announced its intent to be in session for Thursday.

The school sent out a statement saying it planned to be open on August 18 after a boil order was issued.

Earlier this week, the city warned about water usage, posting on Facebook about the discovery of E.coli traces in the public water supply.

During its time closed, the school says, the buildings were sanitized and readied for the start of the school year.
