TULSA – A well-known local business sold part of their warehouse space to make room for a new company this week.
According to a statement sent by Hilti, CBRE Capital Markets Investment Properties sold a complex that includes an 180,000 square-foot warehouse space and 220,000 square-foot office space at the Hilti North American Operations Center.
The company who made the purchase is Educational Development Corporation. It is an educational children's book publisher that is based in Tulsa.
Hilti says it will lease back 180,000 square-feet of the office space to house its North America Operations Center.
