TULSA - A man has been charged with manslaughter first degree heat of passion for the death of a friend while the two played a game.
Sean William Askey, 27, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of Robert Sapp, 28, on May 18, 2015.
At the time of the shooting, Askey said he accidentally discharged a .22 rifle.

Askey has also been charged with reckless conduct of a firearm.
