OWASSO — Owasso police have identified a pedestrian who was struck by a semi truck driver in the early morning hours on Wednesday.
The crash happened at about 3:40 a.m. in the 8500 block North of southbound Highway 169. The driver of the semi truck contacted authorities after the crash, and it is not expected that any charges will be filed against him.
The man killed was identified as Jessy Immy, 23, of Owasso.
The highway was reopened around 8 a.m.
