OWASSO, Okla. — Owasso police have arrested a man in connection with an indecent exposure incident in a grocery store parking lot.
The incident happened in the Sprout's parking lot on Feb. 15 at about 12:20 p.m.
A woman said she was walking out of the store when she saw a man sitting in his vehicle touching himself inappropriately. The woman said the man was looking at her during the incident and that he appeared to be fully aware that she could see what he was doing.
After receiving multiple tips and conducting an interview, police arrested Cory Childers, 33, of Tulsa. He was arrested on a felony count of indecent exposure.
