OWASSO, Okla. -- The Owasso Police Department is asking for help locating a missing 21-year-old man.
Ethan Turnbull was last seen on Nov. 14 at about 10:40 p.m. Police said he had gone outside to smoke a cigarette and has not been seen since.
Anyone with information on Turnbull's whereabouts is asked to call OPD at 918-272-COPS.
He is 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
