OWASSO, Okla. — A man is arrested after he allegedly molested a 3-year-old girl in the bathroom of an Owasso McDonald's, according to the Owasso Police Department.
Officials say Austin Kelly followed two unaccompanied children, ages 3 and 7, into the restaurant's bathroom on Oct. 25.
The suspect inappropriately touched the 3-year-old girl in one of the bathroom stalls, police said. The girl’s older brother interrupted the act, and the suspect ran away.
Kelly was charged of lewd acts with a child.
