The Rose Parade will be getting some help from Oklahoma on New Year's Day.
The Owasso marching band will be participating in the 131st Annual New Year's Day Parade.
The Rose Parade will be hitting the streets of Southern California on Wednesday in the new year.
Organizers say the Pride of Owasso will be part of 20 other bands participating in the parade.
The band has been preparing for months now as they represent Oklahoma on a national stage.
After the parade, the 6th ranked Oregon Ducks will face-off against the 8th ranked Wisconsin Badgers in the Rose Bowl.
