TULSA -- An semi-truck overturned at the Elwood exit on Interstate 44 westbound Sunday morning.
The exit was closed for five hours as Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials worked to clear the roadway, which was reopened just after noon.
Troopers said the driver, who had cuts and scratches after the crash, was speeding around the corner and will get a ticket.
Troopers said the truck carried thousands of pounds of cat litter.
