TULSA, Okla. - The westbound ramp to Interstate 244 from Interstate 44 has reopened in east Tulsa after being blocked for several hours after a crash.
A semi truck rolled over in the exit ramp, preventing traffic coming from Catoosa to take I-244 to reach Downtown Tulsa. The crash blocked the entire roadway.
The semi was carrying metal equipment.
