Power restored after animal causes outage

TULSA – Power was restored for over 5,000 customers in east Tulsa after an animal caused an outage. 

PSO says that more than 5,400 did not have power for a short time Friday morning when an animal came in contact with a substation.

They went on to say they are not sure what type of animal caused the outage.
