OU to Hold Virtual Graduation Ceremony in May Due to COVID-19

NORMAN, Okla. — The University of Oklahoma announced Thursday that it will hold a virtual graduation ceremony for May graduates due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The virtual ceremony is set for 7 p.m. on Friday, May 8, according to a statement released by OU officials.

Officials say graduation candidates can also attend the rescheduled in-person ceremonies held on Saturday, Aug. 8, and Sunday, Aug. 9, in the Lloyd Noble Center.
